We prioritize the health and well-being of our clients and strive to accommodate their needs effectively. While we discourage walk-in emergencies or last-minute calls indicating an urgent situation, we understand that certain health concerns fall into a gray area between immediate emergency care and routine appointments - such as ear infections or potential UTIs—conditions that may not warrant an emergency room visit but still require timely attention. We aim to schedule these appointments within a week, although availability may vary.

Should our urgent slots become fully booked, your pet experiences an after-hours emergency, requires an overnight observation, or we determine they require a level of specialty care that can be better provided elsewhere, we’ll refer you to the closest specialty care or emergency animal hospital.
