Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of clinical experience in small animal practice
- Interest in leadership or mentorship welcomed, but not required
- Comfortable with general practice, surgery, and dentistry

What's In It For You
Position Details:
- Title: Associate Veterinarian (Leadership opportunities available!)
- Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base + monthly production bonuses
- Signing Bonus: $35,000 - $100,000
- Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts (no on-call)
- Location: Belfair, WA – Kitsap Peninsula
- Relocation: Funds available!
